Big casting changes are happening in The Young and the Restless! Fan favorite Elizabeth Hendrickson is making her highly anticipated return as Chloe Mitchell. Also returning is Eileen Davidson as Ashley Abbott. Last time Ashley was in town, she was dealing with major struggles due to her personality disorder.
