The conversation references Suzy cheating on Vanessa and planning to leave her.

Last week, a special flashback scene showed the moment that Leyla walked in on Suzy and Mary kissing behind Vanessa’s back.
Suzy had just told Mary that she wanted to be with her – and planned to leave Vanessa even if Mary didn’t feel the same way. Leyla took the secret to the grave, as she also died from injuries she sustained in the crash.
Roxy Shahidi, who played Leyla, recently told Digital Spy: “The love triangle revelation would have been really tricky for Leyla to deal with if she’d survived. She had such loyalty to both Vanessa and Suzy.
“But knowing Leyla, I think she would have accidentally told the truth in the end!”
