EastEnders’ Zack Hudson has finally confessed his secret to Sharon Watts, while she has also had her bombshell exposed.
Earlier this month, Zack discovered he is the biological father of Nicola Mitchell’s son Barney and has been desperate to tell the youngster, with Nicola adamant that he should keep quiet.
Meanwhile, Nicola, whose estranged husband Teddy is dating Sharon, has been threatening to expose Sharon’s one-night stand with Grant.
Last night’s episode saw Zack brutally attacked by three men after being lured to Harry’s Barn by Nicola, who had pretended she was coming clean to Barney.
Tonight, Zack was sporting a bruised face and had trouble walking when Sharon saw him outside No. 3B.
While he wouldn’t admit what had happened, Sharon immediately knew Nicola was behind it.
In the cafe Sharon confronted Nicola who wouldn’t admit to any involvement in Zack’s attack.
After speaking to Penny in the Square, Sharon went round to see Zack, telling him she believed the attack was because he was keeping the secret about her and Grant.
When he wouldn’t admit Nicola was behind it, Sharon stormed out and headed to Harry’s Barn to find her.
Sharon then walked into the crowded bar and punched Nicola in the face in front of Barney, Harry, Teddy, and shocked customers before Zack held her back.
Afterwards, Barney told his mum that they should have just told Teddy about Sharon sleeping with Grant, believing that was what the fight was over.
At home Zack finally confessed to Sharon that he is Barney’s biological dad and that’s why Nicola orchestrated the attack, to reassure her that it wasn’t over her and Grant.
Following the revelation, Sharon went round to see Teddy and told him her fight with Nicola was just over her thinking she was getting Zack involved in something dodgy.
As the pair were having a heart-to-heart, Barney came downstairs and revealed that Sharon had slept with Grant and that’s why she hit Nicola.
With Sharon’s secret now out, for how much longer will Nicola be able to stop Zack from revealing the truth about his relationship to Barney?
