General Hospital spoilers and updates for Tuesday, March 18 tease broken trust, broken heart, help urgently needed, and reality checks!
Brook Lynn Chase (Amanda Setton) cries over broken trust with a broken heart, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) urgently needs help, and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) gets a severe reality check!
Broken Trust, Broken Heart
After Brook Lynn told Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is the father of her baby, Chase apparently can’t handle it.
Brook Lynn obviously feels like she’s broken his trust when he reacts, shouting “this changes everything!” and she looks like her heart is broken.
It definitely puts Chase in an awkward position, considering Dante is his partner at the PCPD.
Can the two of them work things out; Brook Lynn is obviously afraid it’s the end. In the meanwhile, Chase is faced with a dilemma!

She Just Had To Ask….
Meanwhile, Dante is with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) and it looks like one of those situations where she just had to ask!
Lulu wants to know from Dante if something makes her a selfish jerk! She should be happy now that Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) is home, and her family is complete-well, complete except Dante!
Charlotte’s home, Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) home and all that needs to happen is Dante move on-but she’ll give it time.
Help Urgently Needed
In the meantime, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) is on the phone, and he urgently needs help-it appears everyone is still in Miami at the conference, unless they’ve all come to Port Charles.
It doesn’t appear like Brad is back at GH, however, he appears to be in a motel room. Brad is definitely in a panic mode as the person he’s calling doesn’t seem to be running to his rescue.
Is he trying to call Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) for help, as he’s – uh, otherwise occupied. And apparently his phone is shut off or he’s sleeping too hard to hear it!
Lucas Is Mortified
After having too much to drink at the bar, Lucas wakes up in bed-in another hotel room, as Marco (last name possibly Ramirez or Rogers, played by Adrian Anchondo) approaches.
He asks an out of it Lucas, “how you feeling, sleepyhead”? Lucas is mortified to realize he got so drunk he spent the night with a strange man he met at the bar!
Marco will be revealed as the son of Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) and Jens Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and works at Sidwell’s company as an attorney.
Antidote Urgently Needed!
Brad isn’t the only one who urgently needs help, as a worried Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) wait at GH.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is waiting on an antidote for polonium poisoning, which is what was in the champagne she drank at Jack’s Metro Court suite.
Anna tells Brennan she hopes it gets there in time, as Carly is deathly ill.
Apparently they’ve developed an antidote since twenty years ago when Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roche) had polonium poisoning as well as Luke Spencer, (Anthony Geary) through his earring. Anna should remember that dangerous time well!
