Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, February 10, reveal that Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) will get some emergency help while Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) spills to Sarah Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) gets some good news.

Now that Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) has been given the antidote along with the other Body & Soul victims, he’ll suddenly realize Joy could be in trouble, too. Joy handled a poisoned script as well, so Alex will panic when he can’t get in touch with her.

Days spoilers say Alex and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) will rush over to Joy’s apartment, so they’ll find her passed out on the bed and realize she indeed needs immediate medical attention.

It won’t be long until Joy’s getting the treatment she needs at the hospital, where Stephanie and Alex will bond after all the chaos.

Alex and Stephanie are now on the same page about their future – and soon, Joy will realize they’re indeed back together.

That’s because Joy will wander out of her room at the hospital and catch a glimpse of a sizzling kiss.

Once Joy sees Stephanie and Alex locking lips, it should become painfully obvious that she never had a real chance with Alex at all.

Other Days spoilers say Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) will cross paths with Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) outside the pub.

That could lead to Xander dropping hints about Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) willingness to team up on a DiMera takeover plot.

DOOL fans can expect Kate to grumble to Philip later, so she may think he’s making a mistake.

It’s one thing to try getting along with Xander; it’s quite another to let Xander drag Philip into risky decisions that could backfire – especially when the DiMeras are involved.

Later, Xander will spill to Sarah Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) about a business goal, so we’ll see if this involves the DiMera takeover or something more specific. There may be a particular project that fits in the big picture, so we’ll see what Xander divulges. 

Regardless, Sarah may warn Xander to be careful and continue to worry about the secret she’s keeping from her husband.

Since Sarah knows about the forged letter, she’ll just hope her silence is worth it and that Philip continues to keep the peace.

At the Horton house, Days spoilers say Chad will have a conversation with Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes), who may thank him for giving her the nudge she needed when it came to therapy.

Now that Julie’s had her first session with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), she may be eager for more.

Julie still has a difficult road of grief ahead of her, but she’ll be taking some positive steps forward thanks to Chad and Marlena.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Julie will give Chad updates, so he may make some optimistic predictions about her next chapter.
