The video, labeled “second time’s a charm,” panned on Atkinson’s face with the CBS soap’s logo directly in the background as he enjoyed a solo game of corn hole outside on the deck. “Check it out,” the actor stated as he threw the first bag — and missed — then threw another, which went directly in the hole, leading him to shout, “Corn hole!” Incidentally, his “second time’s a charm” remark also points to the fact that this would be the second time the actor’s returned since first taking off for Paris in March of 2024.

Fans quickly jumped into the comments after getting a look at what appears to be outside the show’s new home at the Sunset Las Palmas Studios — and they couldn’t wait to hear more about when Atkinson would be back in action as Thomas.

The last time we saw the Forrester was back in July of 2024 when Thomas announced that he would be going back to Paris after his first return home. Fans will recall that Thomas’ reappearance caused Hope to struggle with her feelings for him but he was determined to marry Paris. Hope had apologized for how she handled his engagement news but in the same breath was stunned that he, his new fiancée and Douglas were returning to Paris once again.

And now, it appears the time has come for Thomas to come home but will it be for good, will he be alone? We should hope he brings Douglas back with him, and Paris… will she return too? Stay tuned!
