It was a move that put the “bold” in Bold & Beautiful when Luna decided to reveal herself to Remy, who quickly recognized her. His obvious fascination with the young murderess puts Luna in the driver’s seat, perhaps literally, of what promises to be a risky and rollicking ride.
After endless warnings from Bill to keep herself hidden, his mantra of late being, “No one can know you’re here,” Luna stepping out of the shadows to show herself to Remy was nothing short of astonishing. It made not a lick of sense, yet we couldn’t help but feel a delicious little thrill of anticipation as to where this might be leading. After all, it had become a tad boring watching the murderous former intern leaf through magazines and fan herself.
As Lisa Yamada recently pointed out, Luna’s still a bit crazy, even if she’s managing to plumb the depths of her soul to find remorse for killing two men unnecesarily, and terrorizing her “cousin’s” wife. That means that she still has an agenda… or several. Therefore, having made contact with someone as shady as Remy will play right into her hands. His fascination with her will put her in the driver’s seat… perhaps literally.
Remy, going by Sheila’s made up name of Diego, attended Bill’s mansion to fix the A/C. We already know he’s a whiz with technology thanks to him doctoring photos of poor Electra, so he’s going to prove useful to Luna. How? Well, she’s got a pesky ankle monitor holding her back, and it’s clear he might be able to help her out with that… or out of it entirely. Attention has been drawn to the device multiple times in recent episodes, which is a sure sign that it’s going to come into play.
Once Luna and Remy realize they want the same thing, which is to break up Will and Electra, the devious plotting is bound to begin. With everyone believing Luna is behind bars, she’ll be suspected of nothing. If Remy can find a way to help her slip in and out of the ankle monitor, and the mansion, she can create all manner of chaos… as long as she’s not seen.
Of course, the twists, as we well know, are bound to keep coming even beyond some romantic meddling. Finn has just rocked Steffy’s world by telling her that he is Luna’s father, and that news is bound to spread like wildfire. Either Remy or Luna could overhear this bombshell outside of the mansion, and it’s bound to make the former intern all the more desperate.
Until then, however, it will be Luna and Remy scheming together at great risk to their freedom. Both are notorious, Luna’s supposed to be in prison, not to mention hiding herself, and Remy, we’re guessing, is not supposed to be associating with known criminals given he was just released himself. Will they get caught before they can wreak havoc, or are we in for a wild ride? We’ll have to tune in to find out.
